Jeffrey S. Washburn
Jeff was raised in Fowler, Indiana on a 4 generation farm. Jeff has been with Sharpnack Bigley Stroh & Washburn since 1987. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff received his B.A. in Mathematics from Hanover College, cum laude, and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington. Jeff is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Jeff is a member of the Bartholomew County Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also a charter member of the Hoosier Hills Estate Planning Council. Jeff is currently or has been active on the Hope Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Hospice of South Central Indiana Board of Directors, Heritage Fund Development Committee, 1988 graduate of Leadership Bartholomew County, Bartholomew County 4-H Fair Board, Bartholomew County Extension Board, Chamber of Commerce Agribusiness Council, Board of Columbus Enterprise Development Corporation, Indiana 4-H Foundation Board, Haw-Creek Flat Rock Area Endowment Board, Community Center of Hope, Inc. Board, Math Team Coach for Hope Intermediate, Attorney for Bartholomew County Council, Indiana Bank and Trust Advisory Council, District 11 Legal Aid, and Eagle Scouts. Jeff and his wife, Nancy Washburn live in Hope with their two sons, Alex and Jack. Jeff enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, golfing, wood working, and gardening with his family.
